In Splendid Isolation - a photo on Flickriver

A motely variety of twee teracotta pots, miniature topiary and garden furniture lines this recently installed pathway leading up to new housing in the recently converted female Sick & Infirm wards of High Royds Asylum. A chilly but clear evening obligingly produced this sunset, which was as good as any I've ever photographed - a rapidly shifting set of colours took my breath away as overhead clouds erupted in distant flame.
