White Tiger - _TNY5494 - a photo on Flickriver

            I found this really large butterfly on a flower on the promenade in Split, Croatia.

A little bit of googling has taught me this is a scarce swallowtail (Iphiclides podalirius) and that it with its wingspan of up to 85 millimeters is one of Europe's largest butterflies.
