            If you can smell the mildew of the boarded-up house on the lot from ten feet away, it can't be standing too much longer.

I can explain the phonebook that was laid in front of the property, the distributor doesn't care where they go (my neighbor on the corner has two right now -- one on the driveway side, one on the front door side).  But why is there a new looking city-issued garbage bin next to the phone book?  You can't tell me someone LIVES in there....?!
