            Sächsisch-Oberlausitzer Eisenbahngesellschaft GmbH (SOEG): since 1996 this company operates the small railway network known as Zittauer Schmalspurbahn which, in the form of inverted "Y", links Zittau with Kurort Oybin and Kurort Jonsdorf. Inaugurated on November 24, 1890, this narrow gauge network (750 mm) has a length of 16 km and currently serves as a tourist railway throughout the year, mainly using steam locomotives.

Here, the 2-10-2T steam locomotive 99 1757 (Berliner Maschinenbau-Aktiengesellschaft, vormals L. Schwartzkopff, 10148/1933) is not in service, and exposed next to platforms in Zittau.
