Xa sei, xa sei, xa dixen moitas veces que me encantan os lugares abandoados. Hai excepcións, pero esta non é unha delas.

Levo collido unha manchea de referencias en patrimoniogalego.net... e esta é unha delas. Isto que buscas unha cousa e acabas atopando outra. E a ponte en si tiña boa pinta, pero non estou seguro de ter ido de non ver en google maps que, ó norte, había unha aldea abandoada. Iso quitou calquera dúbida posible.

E o certo é que o lugar está do máis interesante para afotar. So unha casa está máis ou menos en pe, usándose coma corte para animáis (creo), , pero tampouco desentona e está máis ben apartada.

O único negativo da experiencia poderían se-los máis de 40 graos á sombra, máis que nada porque non había nin unha soa nube coa que contrastar un pedazo de azul celeste que ocupaba todo o visible por enriba do horizonte...

Pero estamos entre Vilamarín e San Cristovo de Cea, a tiro de pedra do mosteiro de Oseira (dinlle o "Escorial galego", que xa tocará outro día... espero), onde Syd Barrett, si, o de Pink Floyd, seica pasou un par de tempadas retirado. E todos sabemos que ós guiris encántalles os lugares de sol e praia... aínda que sexa fluvial...

Ponte Sobreira.

I know, I know, I've said many times that I love abandoned places. There are exceptions, but this not one of them.

I've taken a lot of references from patrimoniogalego.net... and this is one of them. I was searching for something else and then I found another completely different. This bridge had a nice look, but I'm not sure I would have gone there if I hadn't seen in google mpas that, north from it, there was an abandoned group of houses. This erased any doubt out of my head.

And truth is that place is really interesting to photograph. There's only onen building left in good condition, which is used to protect the cattle I believe, but it doesn't take anything away from the beauty of the place and it's in a corner.

The only negative side of the experience was the more than 40ºC in the shadow, more than anything because there was no single cloud to give some contrast in that beautiful light sky blue all over the horizon...

But we are between Vilamarín and San Cristovo de Cea, a step away from the monastery of Oseira (it's calle the "Galician Escorial", I'll have to pay it a visit another day... I hope), where Syd Barrett, yep, the one from Pink Floyd, legend has it he spent a couple of times there. And we all know that tourists from England love places with sun and beaches... even river beaches...
