            Minnesota State Fair added a new Ferris wheel carnival ride this year called 'The Great Big Wheel'

The Great Big Wheel is the tallest traveling Ferris wheel in North America - there are bigger stationary Ferris wheels, but this one packs into 12 semi trucks and travels around the country from fair to fair. Also from the brochure: it's 15 stories tall, weighs 200 tons, has over 1/2 million programmable LED lights, and 36 enclosed 6 person gondolas are attached that hold a total of 216 passengers. It was so bright up close, I needed a 4 Stop ND to slow down the shutter to get this shot.
