1968 Ford Mustang Fastback, built for Zombillenium project - Details

            Fourth vehicle created for the park, it is based on the Speed Champions 75884 set from which it takes some of the parts.

Some will say it's a MOD, but considering the number of parts added or modified compared to the original model, it's more like a MOC, isn't it?

The least affected parts are the chassis and the rear part with the lights. As for the rest, the model presented here gets a new front end with a redesigned grille, a new hood, a new rear trunk, new mirrors (long live the Lego forks), new rims, a "plain" color worthy of a famous movie with Steve McQueen, front and rear license plates and their holders. I also redesigned the interior with the appearance of a bench seat and a re-centering of the steering wheel to the left for driving on our French roads (at Lego the steering wheel is in the center on this model).

I have a particular affection for this American Muscle Car from that year and I thought it would look great on the theme park parking lot. Don't you agree?

Certains diront qu'il s'agit d'un MOD, vu le nombre de pièces ajoutées ou modifiées par rapport au modèle original, on s'approche plus du MOC quand même, non ?

Les parties les moins touchées sont le châssis et la partie arrière avec les feux. Pour le reste, le modèle ici présenté reçoit une nouvelle face avant avec une calandre redessinée, un nouveau capot, une nouvelle malle arrière, des rétroviseurs (vive les fourchettes Lego), de nouvelles jantes, une teinte "unie" digne d'un célèbre film avec Steve McQueen, des plaques d'immatriculation avant et arrière, et leurs supports. J'ai redessiné également l'intérieur avec l'apparition d'une banquette et un recentrage du volant à gauche pour une conduite sur nos routes françaises (chez Lego le volant est au centre sur ce modèle).

J'ai une affection particulière pour cette Muscle Car américaine de cette année-là et je me suis dit qu'elle ferait parfaitement l'affaire sur le parking du parc d'attraction. Vous n'êtes pas d'accord ?
