Jazz Mafia @ Stern Grove - a photo on Flickriver

            Jazz Mafia and friends at Stern Grove on June 26, 2011.  They put on a free concert and drew a massive crowd of 10,000 people.  Also, this was the world premier of their new work: The Emperor Norton Suite.

I was very excited to see them perform as I've seen them before.  Great show as always.  I was sitting near the back of the picnic area on the stone steps.  Great view at about 50 meters from the stage.  

All taken with the Pentax K10D camera with the smc P-A* 300mm F4.0 lens.  Most shots were at f5.6.  PP with LR to set some curves and touch colors.
