This is the Newfoundland building on the edge of Canary Wharf. If a new residential building designed by Horden Cherry Lee and will have 636 apartments.

The front of the building will overlook the Thames for a while, but between this building and the Thames there's another construction site that has been mothballed for a while, but once it goes up will block a large part of the views from this building.
