Canada Goose Nest - a photo on Flickriver

Canada Goose Nest

            I've been watching this stump in the water for a couple of months now and at first I thought it unusual that a Canada Goose would roost there.   The next few times I drove by I thought it was dead.  Then today I was curious enough to walk down there and take a picture.  Then I walked about twenty steps to the right and took another picture.  Sure enough her head followed my movements.  Not Dead, just nesting.
