Summer Memories - I'm ready! - a photo on Flickriver

Finally it's my turn to enjoy a long summer holiday ツ
In two days we'll go back to beautiful Stryn, like we recently did in May and last summer too (when I took this self portrait).

As for most others, this summer will be a little different than usual. We've cancelled our long planned road trip to Vesterålen and Lofoten in Northern Norway, and will go back to our favourite places in our own part of the country instead.

We will stay on each place for a longer time than we usually do, meeting less people and relax much more than we do on those long road trips. Sadly the weather forecast is filled with rain, but since I've had an injured foot for several weeks now, I can't go on the nice hikes we hoped for anyway. So hopefully the rain and forced relaxation will make it heal faster.

Later we'll do some work on our house, and I will also stay for a long time on the island I'm from - together with family, friends and my camera. It's way too long since I did that.
