Garden birdwatch!

            Just a (pretty awful) record shot of this garden visitor---don't view large! 
Having spotted this weasel lurking under the bird table, I sat on the door step with my camera in case it came back. Surprisingly it didn't take long before it reappeared. First it jumped into a small conifer by the bird feeders, where it seemed to lie in wait for the unsuspecting birds. Soon a dunnock arrived and was curiously looking up into the conifer, before the weasel pounced, but (thankfully, for the dunnock, but perhaps not for the weasel) missed! After that, the weasel surprisingly darted right towards me, stopping just a few centimetres from my feet---I sat very still, to keep the kitchen door blocked as much as I could so it didn't get into the house to meet/eat our house bunnies! 
I already spent 9 months on Weasel Watch, sleeping by Dusty's cage, at our last house after we found that a weasel was somehow getting into the bathroom downstairs!
