            Nas encostas norte da Serra de Montejunto, e ainda no interior da Paisagem Protegida, 4300 videiras da casta Syrah, distribuídas ao longo de 3 km de sebe, constituem o meu ginásio, para corpo e para a alma.

On the northern slopes of the Serra de Montejunto, and still within the Protected Landscape, 4300 vines of the Syrah variety, distributed over 3 km of hedge, constitute my gym, for body and soul.
