Capture the dish before it disappears!

We had an elaborate dinner with foodie friends in a Chinese restaurant in Fremont, California. It is a busy place that can host 600 guests, the food is fantastic.

I processed a balanced and a photographic HDR photo from a JPG exposure, blended them selectively, carefully adjusted the color balance and curves, and desaturated the image. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.
