Amantea - a photo on Flickriver

            Amantea’s new town on the sea is full of shops, restaurants and everything you need to spend a day enjoying the good life on the beach, it is all this hustle and bustle of city life that makes me really appreciate being in the old town.  The Centro Storico is a two road town, Via Indipendenza which is the main street through it and Via Castello that runs along the back with all the buildings sandwiched in between.  The old town is extremely photogenic with lots of narrow lanes sprinkled with tiny squares all shaded by terraced building and walls,  the whole scene decorated with simple elegance as only Italians seem to be able to do so well.  

I took this on Sept 27th 2023 with my D850 and Tamron 24-70mm f2.8 G2 Lens at 24mm, 1/25s, f11 ISO 900 processed in LR, PS +Lumenzia ,Topaz, and DXO
