Statfold Barn 10/07/21 - a photo on Flickriver

            K1 was the world's first Garratt articulated steam locomotive, built in 1909 by Beyer Peacock for use in Tasmanian Silver-Lead ore mines.

 After being in store for many years it was repatriated back to the UK and over many years it was returned to service.

Seen here in the Museum shed after undergoing essential repairs and is now fit for service once more.
