Dovetail - a photo on Flickriver

Dovetail

            Yesterday I went out with the dogs on one of our house routes as usual. This passes a green strip where there are (relatively) many butterflies. Actually only cabbage whites, blues and western marbled white. While strolling I suddenly noticed something completely untypical and big and I thought at first moment I don't see right. I believe (except maybe as a child) I have never seen a Dovetail in real and above all in the wild. I am still deeply impressed today. Unfortunately I only had my all-round lens (24-70/2.8) on the camera. But even with this you can shoot macros to some extent.
