Protector of the castle - a photo on Flickriver

            Posted to hertfordshire group- this was taken a few months ago but didnt seem to be an image you had had recently and this is my first post to the group. Detail of the norman keep at Bennington Lordship Gardens near Stevenage. It does look as if there is a face and eye carved behind the visor
