            Castropol luce señorial en un promontorio escalonado que desemboca en la majestuosa ría del Eo, frontera natural entre Asturias y Galicia..
La antigüedad que destilan sus piedras unido al aroma marinero de sus fogones y su vocación náutica hacen de esta villa un lugar único, de vistas panorámicas espectaculares ya que su elevación sobre la Ría del Eo convierte a la parte alta de Castropol en un imponente mirador cuya perspectiva desemboca en el Cantábrico.
