A bear, diablada in Chile - a photo on Flickriver

            The diablada is a dance named after the mask and devil costume that the dancers wear. The dance represents the confrontation between the forces of good and evil, bringing together elements of the Catholic religion introduced during the Hispanic presence as well as those of the traditional Andean ritual.
