Shouldn't it be 'A Silverfish Book'?

Ruin: No Rock, it shouldn't. There will only be one 'Silverfish Book', in 12 volumes (A LANECH exclusive).

Rock: Blimey! That ChaCha Lanech, I swear!

That title 'Of Boreen Raging' sounds a little strange too.

Ruin: I was thinking of it as more relative to 'Of Human Bondage or The Strength of Emotions'. Somerset Maugham borrowed the first part, for his novel, from 'The Ethics', by Benedictus de Spinoza, [1883]. It's more in the meaning of 'concerning', than derived from, or part of. It also fits with the idea of innocence, 'The Silverfish Book of Boreen Raging', reminiscent of those childhood volumes, 'The Ladybird Book of Nursery Rhymes', or whatever.

It says what I want to say.

Rock: Don't you worry about the time thing, that setting yourself up to fail, the too-muchness of it all? You being sick and old, and all that palaver.

Ruin: No, I don't worry about that. We get as far as we get. Everyone, and everything,  tells the story of what it is to be conscious, and vulnerable. Someone, or something, else always takes up that baton, that description of consciousness. I guess it's like a relay, a relay that is, in fact, no race at all, with no beginning or end.

You simply do what you can, and then move out of the way. You make room for 'more life', more consciousness, even. I would love for it to communicate, but if it doesn't, some being/non-being, some bots perhaps (who knows) might take it up and contrive to make it clearer. That's a lot to hope for, but it does talk of hope beyond the self.

That Baruch knew what he was talking about, that beautiful  'Of Human Bondage or The Strength of Emotions'.

That being in bondage to one's emotions, I doubt if the bots could ever be, or will ever be, accused of that. 

But, who knows?
