CENCERROS - COWBELLS - a photo on Flickriver

            Chamonix es una ciudad muy turística ya que está situada a los pies del Montblanc y por lo tanto, está completamente llena de restaurantes. Los hay para todos los gustos y bolsillos.
Un día, al anochecer, paseando tranquilamente por la calle buscando donde cenaríamos, me atrajo este y entramos.
Al principio no me di cuenta pero una vez sentados y con la carta en la mano y mientras esperábamos al camarero, fui observando las paredes, pasillos, escaleras, comedores con todas las paredes y suelos atiborrados con cientos, miles de objetos antiguos de todas clases. relojes, juguetes, útiles de cocina, docenas de paellas y ollas de cobre, útiles de labranza, pastoreo, ganaderia, etc. etc. 
Todos colocados con orden y lo que mas me sorprendió. Limpios. Ignoro como lo hacen, pero esta cantidad de objetos ha tenido que ser acumulado durante decenas de años, pero algún pobre desgraciado, tiene que limpiarlos ya que el local está situado al pie de la calle y pasar un trapo húmedo por encima de la mesa es algo sencillo y rápido, pero limpiar todos estos miles de cachivaches es, o puede ser, un martirio. No sé quién es, pero le compadezco. 
Este es uno de tantos rincones del restaurante y lo fotografié porque lo tenía cerca. Tampoco era cuestión de ir pasando por encima de las mesas para hacer mis fotos. Todo tiene un límite.

Chamonix is a very touristic city since it is located at the foot of the Montblanc and therefore, it is completely full of restaurants. There are for all tastes and pockets.
One day, at dusk, walking quietly down the street looking for dinner, I was attracted to this and we entered.
At first I did not realize but once seated and with the menu in hand and while we waited for the waiter, I was observing the walls, corridors, stairs, dining rooms with all the walls and floors crammed with hundreds, thousands of ancient objects of all kinds . watches, toys, kitchen utensils, dozens of copper paellas and pots, farm tools, grazing, livestock supplies, etc. etc.
All placed with order and what surprised me the most. Clean. I do not know how they do it, but this amount of objects has had to be accumulated for dozens of years, but some poor unfortunate person has to clean them since the place is located at street level and to pass a damp cloth over the table is something simple and fast, but cleaning all these thousands of junk is, or may be, a martyrdom. I don't know who he is, but I pity him.
This is one of many corners of the restaurant and I photographed it because I had it nearby. Nor was it a matter of going over the tables to take my photos. Everything has a limit.
