Sailing Paradise - a photo on Flickriver

Sailing Paradise

            Not sure how it got its name, but Sailing Paradise is a little series of colorful "huts" right on the beach in the Blue Hills Settlement on Providenciales Island.  This is a "local" spot, away from the tourist areas, where you can settle into a bar and play slam dominoes with the "belongers."  Alas, there was no one there the morning I took this.  This is a three shot HDR, which was a bit of a challenge as the wind was blowing pretty hard and those palm fronds were moving quite a bit.   This one definitely looks better on black, so give it a click.

On another note, the photographer previously, if briefly, known as JLMphoto kindly changed her screen name so my identity has been restored.  No more parenthetical status updates for me!
