Putney Bridge at low tide after dark

A pleasant evening view of Putney Bridge looking towards the Fulham side of the River Thames at low tide, with this bridge looking superb with its under-arch floodlighting. Between 1935 and 1960 Putney Bridge was one of two bridges across the River Thames which was host to trolleybuses; the only other bridge across the River Thames which was host to trolleybuses was Kingston Bridge, which had trolleybuses crossing over it from 1931 up until 1962. Also up until July 2005 Putney Bridge also had Routemaster buses crossing over it on the former crew-operated routes 14 and 22 linking Putney with London's bustling West End.
