I visited the Spadina House for the first time. The house was built in the 19th century, but recently restored to what it looked like in the 20s & 30s. Although this time period immediately makes me think of Art Deco, the decor felt more Victorian.

On the second floor, they had curtains blocking off sitting areas outside the bedrooms. Above these curtains were these decorative wood screens, which they said could be ordered from the Eaton's catalogue. I really liked the geometry of these screens, so I took this shot of the shadow from one of them.
