Place de l'Abbé-Georges-Hénocque
Place de l'Abbé-Georges-Hénocque is a square in the 13ème arrondissement of Paris and the center of the quartier Maison-Blanche. 
It has a circular in shape with a diameter of 70 meters and a square in its center. 
It is surrounded by a district of small workers' pavilions in pastel shades or in millstone, built at the beginning of the 20th century. It is the central square of this mostly residential area. The river La Bièvre passes under the square to bypass the Butte-aux-Cailles to the west. 
It bears the name of Father Georges Hénocque (1870-1959), chaplain in the 13th arrondissement and resistant during the Second World War.
Created in 1910 with the unofficial name of « place des Peupliers », in 1968 it received the name of « place de l'Abbé-Georges-Hénocque ».
The private hospital "des Peupliers" owned by the Générale de Santé, formerly the Red Cross hospital, is located at no.8 in the square.
