163/365 - Four of five (Explored) - a photo on Flickriver

            Four of the Five Boats called architecture at the inner harbour in Duisburg. The modern office buildings were designed by star architect Nicholas Grimshaw. Five of of six floors are containing offices while the lowest floor is reserved for retailers and gastronomy. Architect Grimshaw has already successfully finished a lot of projects worldwide. For example he was also responsible for the Frankfurt Trade Fair Hall, the Metro in Melbourne, the airport in Heathrow and Zurich or the London Bridge Station just to name a few.

Vier der Five Boats genannten Bürogebäude am Duisburger Innenhafen. Die modernen Bürogebäude wurden von Star Architekt Nicholas Grimshaw entworfen. Vier der insgesamt sechs Etagen verfügen über moderne Büros, während die unterste Etage für den Einzelhandel und die Gastronomie reserviert sind. Grimshaw hat über die Five Boats hinaus bereits eine Vielzahl an imposanten Bauwerken weltweit geschaffen. Unter anderem war er verantwortlich für die Frankfurt Trade Fair Hall, die Metro in Melbourne, den airport in Heathrow und Zürich oder auch die London Bridge Station, um wirklich nur einige wenige seiner Projekte zu nennen.
