When I Look at the Trees, I See Intricate Patterns and Colors of Wildness (Black & White, Mammoth Cave National Park)

            A conversion to black & white using Capture NX2 where I used some color filters to bring out a subtle tonal contrast across the carpet of fallen leaves on the hiking trail I was walking in Mammoth Cave National Park. While I normally strive for a "bold" tonal contrast with B&W image, here I found the subtleness across the image seemed to bring more of a focus to the fallen leaves and that feel of Autumn.
