            I didn't sleep too well, as I had the feeling I was starting with a cold - achy, tired, sniffly nose etc. I did a covid test, just to check, which was negative, so decided I was still up to going swimming with Bethan & Lucas. Mike came to the pool too, and sat in the Yellow Submarine Cafe which we swam. I took the new swimming pool toys I'd bought in the week, and they were great fun, and good to share with others who were there too. Lucas is getting more confident in the water each time, which is lovely.

Afterwards, Mike dropped Bethan for her hair appointment, while I walked home with Lucas in the pushchair, so he could rest - he usually gets a bit over-tired after swimming. I enjoyed the walk too - and we were both fascintaed watching the crane moving roof trusses about on a building site. It seemed to do the trick, as Lucas was on good form all afternoon, so Bethan & Mike could rest. I'll have a quieter day tomorrow!
