Great Central Railway Gala Swithland Leicestershire 7th October 2012

            Swithland Sidings signal box is lost in the early morning mist but the backing signal is showing a green aspect and the route indicator displays SDG so authorizing British Railways Standard 2 2-6-0 78019 & LMS Fowler Jinty 0-6-0T 47406 and brakevan off the Up Main into the sidings to pick up the Windcutter set at the start of the the final day of the GCR Autumn Gala.

So far I haven't seen any other GCR Gala photos on the internet that were taken in the fog. Anybody can take photos in full sunlight so what about some arty-farty atmospheric shots out there??
