Paris Nord France September 1969

            SNCF electric loco BB16784 stands alongside 141TC steam engine 2-8-2T 141TC21 both at the head of commuter trains just outside the fabulous Gare du Nord Victorian trainshed.

This was taken during the morning rush hour and with the station facing northeast departures were somewhat out of the sun so getting the exposure right was even more difficult. Having said that the platform clock appears to be showing 11.25.
