Arisaig West Highland Scotland 10th September 2018

            With the afternoon Down Jacobite Stanier Black 5 4-6-0 45157 "The Glasgow Highlander"  (45407 in disguise) arrives at Arisaig on the West Highland Line in the pouring rain  where it waited to cross the service train from Mallaig. Arisaig is the most westerly station on the British mainland.

We had just come off the Skye ferry from Armadale and I had hoped to take a scenic view of the train but the weather beat me.
