The End of the Summer [Explore 1/10/23]

Although September is in meteorological autumn it can sometimes feel like an extension of summer if the weather stays warm and dry. This Sunday being the 1st of October already and autumn is unequivocally here - summer has ended. This shot was captured candidly with the underrated 40mm Canon 'pancake' lens on my old EOS 7D. As a candid shot in challenging light I know that some areas are 'blown out'.
