Last Day in Taipei - a photo on Flickriver

Last Day in Taipei

            Throughout this trip, we tried to be as relaxing as possible. I didn't really plan anything in the last day so we just decided to explore some of the local areas in Taipei City. We came across Dadaocheng Cisheng Temple
(大稻埕慈聖宮天上聖母).

In front of the temple, there is a street of food stalls. My first instinct was that everyone looks so local and the price for the food really reflects that. In comparison to the food in tourist areas, the food here is so much cheaper. 

I feel like this is the proper way of knowing the city: trying to mix in with the locals and eat what they usually eat :)
