Very rare vagrant in the Netherlands, no more than 10 cases so far. Breeds in taiga of NE Europe and winters in SE Asia. This young man, or girl crashed against our window this morning (October 9, 2011) . We put him in a little shelter to recover and fortunately he flew away again after a little while. But SE Asia is far far away ...
