Mt. Trashmore Supermoon - a photo on Flickriver

            The other evening, my friend Carol and I hiked up Mt Trashmore ( McLennan Park, which was once a garbage dump here in town) to photograph the 'Supermoon'. It was kind of a bust with heavy haze on the horizon. We took some shots but too much separation from the city and the moon to make much of an image until we descended down the hill. Carol spotted some mountain bikers waiting for their turn to go down the bike trail...this young fella said we could take his picture. This was the original composition shot at 3200 ISO. The moon for obvious reason was now so blown out, I took the same sized, more properly exposed moon from an image after this and put it over top of the original...just putting it out there....LOL!
