Parking Lot Flowers -identified by a local expert (thanks Scott Gruber at Calendula Farm & Earthworks!) as Lomatium utriculatum more commonly known as Lomatium/common lomatium and a few other names such as hog fennel, spring gold, fineleaf desert-parsley, and bladder desert-parsley. Apparently it is also edible!
