Noah and the Whale (Crowd) - a photo on Flickriver

I don't know much about Noah and the Whale but I know they are sort of gentle folk with a sort of positive vibe. (Also, the violinist looks a little like the current Doctor Who, Matt Smith, only with curlier hair)

Anyhow, Noah and the Whale did something totally brilliant that I've never seen any other band do at a club show or festival. Without any of the band members walking onto the stage, they played over the PA the entirety of Queen's epic "Bohemian Rhapsody" This got the crowd really energized and also helped me get some of the best crowd shots of my life. Good for you Noah and the Whale, you are a bunch of smartypants!

Though, next time, if you could craft up a giant whale to ride on stage, you'll get photog bonus points.
