Normality has resumed! It feels great to finally be home, and amazing to wake up naturally instead of by an alarm! The day was spent relaxing, drinking tea and watching movies. I have a mountain of work to do with the gin and I am 7 weeks behind on course work which I will need to try and catch up on, but today, tea, cookies and Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker is the priority!

Today, countries around the world, including Australia, New Zealand, Iran and Spain, moved to ease coronavirus lockdowns as daily infections and deaths slowed. Italy meanwhile announced it would ease its two-month restriction from May 4. Worldwide, the number of people confirmed to have been infected by the new coronavirus rose to more than three million, with some 209,000 deaths and 885,000 recoveries. In the United Kingdom, Prime Minister Boris Johnstone returned to work.
