2019-10-12 North Dakota Railfan Trip

            In October 2019 brother Jay, friend Dwayne and I took a nine day railfan trip to North Dakota. We flew into Minneapolis-St Paul and struck out for North Dakota. Our main goal was to photograph the Dakota, Missouri Valley, & Western based in Bismarck, ND. Due to the help of many friends and the staff of the DMVW itself we had a very successful trip. We had some sun, some rain, and some bitter cold. We drove on ice and mud, ventured out onto I-94 when travel was "not advised",  and encountered a few washed out roads. All of this was shared with good friends - and that's the point after all. Here are a few pics we took along the way.
