Tree in mist - a photo on Flickriver

Tree in mist

            This lovely tree caught my eye when I was out for a walk and I thought it might make an interesting composition. I liked how the edges of the branches were high-lighted - and the backdrop of silvery trees in the mist.
 I chose not to include the whole tree which would have shown an uninteresting bland sky and cluttered ground - both would have been distractions.
