Eternal Destiny

            The traces of footsteps along the beach kept on going, they did not stop for the things of this world. We have an eternal destiny. We were not just made for these few short vapors of a breath on this Earth. We have a home beyond where we are now. In fact, this is not even our home. Eternity is not an option, but a reality. Where you spend eternity is an option. God offers eternal life for all who believe in Him and give their lives to Him as Lord and Savior. A life that is filled with serving the King and being loved by the King. The other option is eternal torment, this is for those who reject God and do not chose to follow Him. To many this does not seem as a very fair choice, but God is a jealous God and He has every right to be. Our understanding of who God is is very shallow and we think that we have the right to be our own gods and that we are the all powerful one and supreme being for whom all things were made. All things were made for God and His glory. It is an unfair option that we even have the opportunity to chose life in Him, that should not even be a choice, instead we only should have the option of eternal torment. But, because of the infinite love of God, He sent Jesus Christ His one and only Son to die for the sins of the world so that we could still have life. The choice is yours, do you chose death or life?
