i recently sent my camera, Mark III 1Ds back to canon for service and cleaning for the first time. i was pleasantly surprised with polite and very helpful customer service. and yes i actually packed my baby and sent it. i just received it back and it was very nicely packed. everything was clean and taken care and since i am a professional member there were no charges. thanks canon for your great service.
