            Preserved City of Liverpool Metro-Cammell bodied Leyland Atlantean PDR1/1 L501, 501 KD is pictured at Halsall Church having worked a special heritage service from the Merseyside Transport Trust's base at Burscough.The styling of Liverpool's Metro-Cammel bodied Atlanteans was fairly uncommon though Bury Corporation had some similar buses including preserved example 116, REN 116  which is pictured to the rear of L501.
