Construction of Nudgee JuniorCollege, Indooroopilly, Brisbane, Qld

            Several years ago after my father-in-law died, I was going through all of his old photos from the 1930s (and uploading them onto Flickr) and found some of a school being built in the suburb of Brisbane in which he lived. I contacted the school and asked if they would like copies of the photos for their archives. 
Nudgee Junior College has been a private boys school for primary education since 1938 but as from 2015 it will change it's name and expand into high school years as well. In light of this, one of the school's long-time teachers has compiled a book to mark the occasion. The book called 'Recollections 1938 - 2014' has been printed and  a copy given to me.  These pages show my father-in-law's photos in a 2 page spread in the book.
I so wish Dad was still with us to be able to show him.......I know he would be chuffed!  :-)
