L'Association Genevoise du Musée des Tramways AGMT fondée le 20 janvier 1973 célèbre en 2023 son cinquantième anniversaire.
Dans le cadre de ce jubilé deux véhicules historiques ont été transférés à Winterthur pour subir une restauration complète par la société Historic Rail Services:
la remorque C4i 369 et le wagon couvert K 410.
Après le retour du wagon K 410 présenté en grande première aux membres lors de l'assemblée générale du 25 mars 2023, le rapatriement de la remorque C4i 369 a fait l'objet de la circulation spéciale d'un train composé de véhicules historiques ouverte au public et dont les produits ont été versés au fond de restauration des véhicules préservés par l'AGMT.

Ces travaux sous traités et la reprise de la rénovation de la motrice Ce 4/4 66 impactent fortement la trésorerie de l'association.
