El Charco Verde, lago Verde, Charco de los Clicos o laguna de los Clicos, es una laguna incluida en el Parque natural de los Volcanes que se encuentra junto la población de El Golfo —municipio de Yaiza—, dentro del ámbito del parque nacional de Timanfaya de la isla de Lanzarote, en el archipiélago canario.
El adjetivo verde proviene por el color de sus aguas mientras que el término de los Clicos hace referencia a un marisco comestible que fue habitual antiguamente en la zona, actualmente extinguido.
Ha adquirido su tonalidad verdosa debido a un tipo de alga de la especie Ruppia maritima que habita en su interior, además del azufre que contiene sus aguas.

El Charco Verde, Lago Verde, Charco de los Clicos or Laguna de los Clicos, is a lagoon included in the Natural Park of the Volcanoes that is located next to the town of El Golfo -municipality of Yaiza-, within the scope of the National Park of Timanfaya of the island of Lanzarote, in the Canarian archipelago.
The green adjective comes from the color of its waters, while the Clicos term refers to an edible shellfish that was once common in the area, which is now extinct.
It has acquired its greenish hue due to a type of seaweed of the species Ruppia maritima that inhabits its interior, in addition to the sulfur that contains its waters.
