Value World / Harbor Freight Tools / Circuit City

This Builders Square was opened in 1990 and moved across the road in 1994 (www.flickr.com/photos/fanofretail/17133853106/). This store was divided into Media Play and Circuit City in the mid-1990s. Media Play later became Value World and Harbor Freight Tools while Circuit City remains vacant.

The Oakland Pointe Shopping Center was built and opened in segments between 1987 and 1990. The original anchor stores were Toys R Us, Mervyn's, and Builders Square.
