            Torre Urban Plaza is a mid-rise building in the city of Quito D.M., in Ecuador. It is located in the financial sector of 12 de Octubre Avenue, in the La Floresta neighborhood of the Iñaquito parish, in the center-east of the city. Despite its barely 16 stories high, it stands out in the silhouette of the city due to its location in a high part with respect to the financial center of La Carolina, while its avant-garde design has made it a benchmark of the modern architecture of the city.
