60s steam LF 19th February 1967 BR 9F 2-10-0 92206 Wakefield MPD.

            BR 9F 2-10-0 92206 had been built in May 1959 and had spent the first four years of its career on the Western and Southern regions before moving north to York in September 1963 and finally to Wakefield MPD in November 1966. It was  withdrawn less than three months after the photograph was taken and scrapped by Arnott Young at Parkgate in September 1967, a mere eight years old!
